We do guarantee our product satisfaction. However, should damage occur during shipping, the nature of fine art is that it isn't replaceable. The customer is responsible for purchasing shipping insurance to cover damage during shipment. We heavily wrap and pack the artwork on our end to do everything we can to ensure it's safe arrival.
Should you receive the artwork in good condition but find you don't like it, you must contact the gallery at 307-673-2878 within 10 days after the item is received. There will not be a re-stocking fee, but shipping fee's will need to be discussed and the item must be returned in it's original packing and well protected.
