Spring

Beautiful Woven Tapestry.  1 of 4 out of the "Seasons" series by Ann Arndt.  This piece represents children playing while time is running out.  "Spring doesn't last long, so play while you can".  The transition from fish to flight shows a spiritual side to our journey through life and the vines and leaves indicate "New Life".  The branches and leaves on the left are found in each of the series.  Ann has a favorite tree she goes by on her walks.  It is represented in each piece of this series as a reflection of the season it's in.
